Then... we went bowling!!!

We were having so much fun we didn't want to leave! We also tried the Cosmic Bowling... the black lights are turned on so everything is glowing. The girls thought is was sooo... COOL!(so did I) Halle won and Gabbi came in second followed by me then Duane. Derek just had fun running around kissing the bowling balls (YUCK!)

Rollerskating!

A couple weeks ago we went to the Fun Park for a fun Family Home Evening. We went rollerskating (rollerBLADING in Gabbi's case... not me tho, I stuck with the old-fashioned funny looking rollerskates). We had a BLAST! Duane decided he would just watch Derek while me & the girls skated and he helped Halle alot. This was Halle's first time skating and she really got the hang of it. Pretty soon she was zippin around while holding my hand. And Gabbi was just ZOOMIN by us! I called her the "Rollerblading Queen". She was off in her own little world. We had the roller-rink all to ourselves! There was no one else there. It was great!

I Did It!

YAY! I did it! I finally entered the wild and crazy world of BLOGGING!!! Yippee-skippee! I have wanted to set up a blog of my own for some time, but just never got around to it... and now that I have, I hope I can keep it up. Now that I really think about it, when am I going to have TIME to blog? I see all of these cute blogs with so many pictures and entries and cutesy things and it just made me want to get in "the Loop". It has taken me all day to just get things set up the way I like it and to get this far, and my house looks like a major storm hit it! I guess I have "Hurricane Derek" (along with the help of his sisters) to thank for that.
